As one of the Turkish Riviera’s most beloved luxury escapes, The Bodrum EDITION reopened for its seventh season on April 19th with an extra shiny and savoury reason to visit this summer: KITCHEN and Turkish chef Osman Sezener were recognized with a Michelin star last year.
Served in an enchanting space, dishes treat guests to contemporary Aegean and Anatolian cuisine with international flare, putting local seafood, meat and produce center stage.
Stellar Dining
At The Bodrum EDITION, guests can wine and dine at several restaurants and bars.
KITCHEN, led by the renowned Turkish chef Osman Sezener, now proudly flashing its Michelin star, delivers culinary masterpieces at a beachfront perch where the vibrant flavours and colours showoff the best of the region. Sezener’s culinary artistry authentically captures the essence of the local community, too, sourcing ingredients directly from the resort’s gardens and farms.
Morena, laidback by day and adventurous by night, is the all-day dining beachside restaurant showcasing an elegant Japanese-inspired menu curated in collaboration with Istanbul’s acclaimed Inari Kujira. At the Beach Club, guests can relax in style while admiring the views of the Aegean Sea. Perfectly perched on Bodrum’s white sand beach, the club hosts exclusive weekly beach parties with the hottest DJs and performers.
BRAVA, the signature al fresco Italian restaurant will open 7 June 2024 and be helmed by globally celebrated Michelin chef, Stefano Ciotti.
Spa Day
Revive and thrive at the state-of-the-art Spa, a 2,000-square-metre wellness retreat with international healing practices and locally-inspired treatments, including traditional Turkish and Moroccan hammams and baths, Balinese massage, and aromatherapy among other indulgences. Check out the spa menu here
Rooms & Suites
Located a stone’s throw from Yalikavak Marina, the boutique hotel offers 108 minimalist guest rooms, suites and villas, all featuring custom-designed furnishings and indulgent spa-like bathrooms.
The hotel is also home to one of the most exclusive 3-storey private villas in the region, complete with four bedrooms, large bathrooms, a private swimming pool and garden. The Villa also boasts uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea.
Exploring the Area
Formerly a fishing village for the Bodrum area, Yalikavak is now one of the most elite towns on the peninsula. Set a north or north-west course out of the marina and discover the many coves, bays and beaches of the Turquoise Coast. Or venture further afield and cruise to the Greek Islands of the Aegean.
Just 12NM away is Kos, one of Greece’s Dodecanese Islands, known for its abundant sandy beaches. It’s also rich in Greek and Roman antiquities, particularly in and around busy and atmospheric Kos Town.
